CD Projekt Red development struggles were openly discussed after the disastrous launch of Cyberpunk 2077, and it was revealed that crunch is a major issue at the company. Players who log in today will be greeted with a message explaining that Maradona has been removed from the game due to a ldquo;third party legal dispute. This is apparently due to a mistake from EA, who negotiated the terms to use the football star likeness in FIFA 22 with the wrong person, and that a judge ruled that EA needs to fix the problem or remove him.

Let me first off mention that Im a Newcastle fan, so I have some skin in the game.
