If a Delta refundable ticket is cancelled a total of three hours before the flight, the passenger can get their money back.
In the same way, prices for the main class can change at the last moment and be cancelled no later than two hours before the flight.
Delta Airlines says that if you cancel a refundable ticket that includes hotels, car rentals, or a mix of these, you will only get your flight money back. Delta Airlines does not cover refunds for hotel stays or car rentals; you will need to talk with an outside party for refund.
