Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge’s poster was found defaced outside the party office in Kolkata with “TMC Dalal” written across his photo on Monday. After Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge openly castigated Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury for taking on Mamata Banerjee, his posters outside Congress headquarters in West Bengal have been defaced with ‘TMC Dalal’ written across.”
